The Wood Center is the main hub for students, staff, faculty, and other campus guets and we provide a wide selection of dining choices which are described on this page.
In addition, Dining Services provides service throughout the UAF Campus at the West Ridge Café in the Arctic Health Building, as well as the Campus Cache in the MBS Residence Halls, and the TVCC Building on 604 Barnette. In addition, we operate a seasonal coffee kiosks in the UAF Rasmuson Library and the UAF Museum.

Wood Center Dining Options
Grill 155 and Pizza
Grill 155 and the newly relocated Pizza provide tasty classics including hamburgers and pizzaa in addition to a variety of other sandwiches. In addition, Grill 155 is home to the Wood Center Breakfast buffet Monday - Friday.
Both whole pizzas as well as a slices ready to go are available for your enjoyment. Burgers are grilled fresh to order.
Polar Perk
The newly relocated Polar Perk is home to fresh brewed coffee and espresso as well as pasteries and other baked goods for your enjoyment.
Polar Noodle
Polar Noodle is home to tasty oriental cuisine that is sure to please. Each dish is prepared to order just for you!
Taco Bell Express
Considered by many the "best Taco Bell of Fairbanks," Taco Bell Express provides everything you will find at a full-service Taco Bell except for frozen beverages and certain LTO's, and also without the need to start-up your car!
Sushi, Deli, and Freshens
Everything you wanted, to go! Grab a fresh frozen yogurt or smoothie, Sushi by Tsunami Sushi, or Deli Sandwiches, all made quickly and convieniently for lunch or a snack on the go!
